چکیده
A batch process for producing lutein-loaded liposomes using supercritical CO2 is studied. The effects of the variation pressure (10 and 15 MPa), temperature (308, 313, 318 K), lutein to lipid ratio (0.5 1 wt%) on liposome average size distribution are investigated, as well encapsulation efficiency (EE) lutein. This worked in a repeatable manner allowed production nanoliposomes with mean diameters (MDs) ranging from 65 ± 33 77 40 nm, obtaining EEs 82.1 3.7% 91.9 2.9%. Temperature, pressure, seem have no impact size, distribution, EE formed liposomes. use low temperatures pressures allows obtainment less than 100 nm limits energy cost. Moreover, CO2-assisted effectively encapsulates into liposome, an antioxidant molecule used prevention retinal damage. Liposomes by this desired characteristics human target delivery. Practical applications: work optimization developing environment has applications medicine. Indeed, 80 nm. In addition, excellent (hydrophobic molecules) show that constitute coating matrices protection active ingredients. These reasons make these applicable nanomedicine (injection sensitive drugs requiring before injection). elaboration also makes it possible form properties changing temperature, or lecithin concentration. Therefore, focuses function operating conditions.

The objective of this work was to investigate the application of supercritical carbon dioxide as antisolvent for the co-precipitation of -carotene and poly(hydroxybutirate-co-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV) with dichloromethane as organic solvent. For this purpose, the concentrations of -carotene (1 to 8 mg.cm) and PHBV (20 to 40 mg.cm) in the organic solution were varied keeping fixed temperature at 3...

data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...
Extractability of metals in municipal solid wastes fly ash using supercritical CO(2) containing Cyanex 302.
The extraction of lead from fly ash produced during the thermal treatment of municipal solid wastes was studied using supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO(2)) and Cyanex 302 (bis(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl)monophosphinic acid). The extraction of lead from the fly ash was carried out in a 5 cm(3) internal volume reaction vessel under static extraction conditions at 323 K, and 24 MPa for 1 h. The extra...
